TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Space is limited, booking is essential.
• If you are late, your space may be given to the next person on our waiting list – please arrive 10mins before class to get settled and start promptly.
• Packages of 5 Classes have a 6 week expire, packages of 10 Classes have a 3 months expire and the 2+1 Intro Offer have a 1 month expire – be sure to use up all your classes in the time allocated.
• For Zoom classes, an email with a link for you to join the class will be sent before the start. Please be in the meeting room 5mins before.
• Find the right class day and time for you. You can easily book via the Timetabke which uses a third party online booking system. If you are new to the website you will be asked to create an account. It is quick and secure and ensures your space in the classes.
• If you want to reserve your space by contacting your teacher directly, payment is required in advance by online banking or bring cash to class.
• Be sure to tick to receive ’emails & notifications’ when you sign up, so the booking system cans end you reminders on expiry dates and class changes.
• Classes missed or late cancelled (within 12hrs of the class) will be charged as if attended – make sure you respect the 12hrs cancelation policy.
• Please log into your account to cancel your own classes – cancellation in person, via email or by text cannot be accepted unless previously agreed with the teacher.
• If you do not attend the session you booked online more than once, your ability to book online can be suspended.
• If the teacher occasionally change at short notice, no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 12hrs cancellation rule still applies.
• Check the Timetable for latest details or your teacher direclty and be sure to use all your classes up before they expire.
• All courses – such as Preparing for Birth Antenatal Education  4 weeks program or Express program need to be booked and paid for in full, in advance to secure your space. Cancelations less than 7 days prior the course dates cannot be refunded. In advance of 7 days, 50% can be refunded within 14 days of notification of your cancelation or you can swap to an alternative course.

• The 4B’s respect your data and do not share emails or personal info with any other unauthorised parties.

By participating in any of our classes you are agreeing that you understand the following:

Starting our classes is no different to starting any other form of exercise – the same guidelines apply:

• If you are pregnant and not used to regular exercise, then it is recommended that you move carefully and wait until after 15 weeks before starting class. If you have a regular practice, good sense of body awareness and/or feel safe and confident starting classes earlier, please inform your teacher of this when booking.

• If you are coming to the Pregnancy Yoga please make sure you tell your teacher of any conditions, injuries, operations or medications that you take that may effect your practice. In all cases, if in doubt, please consult your doctor, midwife or healthcare professional.

• In attendance of all classes you understand that by participating in this class you are totally responsible for yourself and if in the unlikely event of any injury of any kind, or miscarriage, the teacher of this class, nor The 4 B’s is not in any way responsible.

When booking you will be asked to agree to the following Terms & Conditions

• I agree to adhere to the 4 B’s cancelation policy and I understand that when I practice in class I am responsible for my own body and well-being.

• I understand that information published on the 4 B’s website is provided for the use of its visitors and I am advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. I understand that no guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.

• I am aware that the 4 B’s may alter the information on its website from time to time and the 4 B’s shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.  I understand that the 4 B’s does not warrant the information on this website in any way and in particular no warranty is given that the web ite or its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated.

• I agree to make my own virus checks and to implement my own precautions in this respect. The 4 B’s exclude all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.

• I agree that from time to time I may be included in photos and videos and give full permission to the 4 B’s to use these online and in print for marketing and training purposes.

• Students are required to give notice to the 4 B’sof any change of home address or email address or contact phone number. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Student within five days of email sent or mailing to the last address (of either type) notified to the 4 B’s.

• Any marketing, educational or other materials of this nature whatsoever produced by the 4 B’s about the Classes and Services and which are made available to Students will at all times remain the property of the 4 B’s and will be subject to the 4 B’s’ copyright.

Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and your information.
• We only hold your data to keep in touch with you: we share news and information about what is happening at The 4B’s or locally in your area and share educational materials with you; we hold your data to help you manage your bookings and classes through our third party online booking system provider; and we help you connect with other mums and mums-to-be in your area through our Facebook groups, pages and other social connections like local, private What’s App groups that your teachers might have created for you.
• Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
• All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings at any time. You can also send us a ‘request to delete’ all information or data we have about you at any time.
• The 4B’s will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
