Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes in West London offer a gentle, supportive space for postnatal recovery—physically, emotionally, and socially. Designed especially for new mums, these classes focus on recovering, rebuilding core strength, gently reactivating the pelvic floor, easing tension and promoting relaxation, all while including your baby in a joyful and nurturing way.

Whether you’re navigating the early weeks or months after birth, you’ll find a welcoming community of mums, expert guidance, and a space to breathe. No yoga experience needed—just come as you are, and move at your own pace.

Let’s heal, connect, and thrive together for the 75mins of Mum & Baby Yoga

  • Saturday morning 10:00-11:15
  • At the DanceWest Studio in Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Peterborough Rd, Parsons Green SW6 3EZ, West London
  • Join from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post c-section birth. Attend until your baby is on the move (usually around 9-12months). Any concerns, do check with your dr/midwife 

  • Bring a little blanket/change matt for your baby to lie on.

  • You can bring your baby or come hands free! Comes as you are!

  • You are most welcome to feed, change, snuggle and bounce your babies as much as you need. You really are welcome just as you are!

  • FRENCH & ENGLISH classes, contact for more details.

  • Classes run during term times only. You can start at anytime.

Mum & Baby Yoga 

Benefits of coming to class:

Navigate the changes of early motherhood while gently recovering from birth.

– Regain strength and fitness from the inside out, taking into account your unique birth experience, whether you’ve had a c-section, episiotomy, abdominal muscles separation (diastasis recti), or are managing prolapse. This is progressive, safe, and empowering movement designed for real-life recovery.

– Find peace, inner calm and connection. Take time to slow down, breathe, and recharge. These sessions help ease the mental and physical fatigue of early motherhood, especially after sleepless nights, and offer a moment just for you and your baby to relax and bond.

– Meet other new mums who truly get it, share the journey, and build lasting friendships in a warm, welcoming space

– Classes are initially in English and can be in French if you prefer, just email me to know more. They always tailored to meet your changing needs weekly.
