Whether you’re new to yoga or already practicing, these sessions offer gentle movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation tailored to the needs of your changing body.

Pregnancy Yoga & Preparation for Birth

- Wednesday evening 18:30-19:45 & Saturday morning 11:30-12:45
- At the DanceWest Studio in Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Peterborough Rd, Parsons Green SW6 3EZ, West London
Join in the first trimester if you already regularly do yoga or exercise. However, if you are brand new to yoga or exercise, it is recommended to wait around 15/16 weeks before starting. Attend right up to full term. Any concerns, do check with your dr/midwife

Pregnancy Yoga & Preparation for Birth
Benefits of coming to class:

– Build physical strength in preparation for birth
– Relieve common aches and pains, including back/hip ache, PGP, sciatica, indigestion, tiredness & more.
– Learn how to breathe, move and relax as labour and birth preparation.
– Calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety. You will get the best sleep ever after class!
– Classes are initially in English and can be in French if you prefer, just email me to know more. They always tailored to meet your changing needs weekly.
– And also, make lots of new friends with other local mums as part of our lovely community.
Join in the 1st trimester if you already do yoga. If you are new to yoga or exercise, it is recommended to start the class from the 2nd trimester, around 15weeks.
