Antenatal Education – Prepare for Birth & Baby Course
4 Weeks and/or Express Programme
Antenatal Education Prepare for Birth & Baby course will go through all the options for a positive, informed and empowered birth and early parenthood experience.
The 4 Weeks Programme runs Tuesdays 18:00 to 21:00 – every two months.
The Express Programme is every 2 weeks on Sundays 10:00 to 14:00.

Birthing Awareness 3 Step Process for Trauma & Fear
3 sessions
The Birth Awareness 3 Step Process is for anyone who has experienced fear of birth or trauma is it does not go as expected. It is very common to feel lots of emotions during this time or even being traumatic. These 121 sessions are really powerful as they can also work with any anxiety, intrusive thoughts, panics, … They can help anyone wanting to remove unwanted fears, anxiety, phoebia, sadness, flashbacks, depression or repetitive pattern surrounding birth or just life in general.

Becoming a Mama is a Rite of Passage. As midwife and support to wonderful clients, I know welcoming a baby can be a rollercoaster of emotions and sometimes overwhelming. Many changes as well as information to sink in. The KEY is to trust your instinct by getting to know you and your body as well knowing YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS, YOU HAVE A CHOICE! And I am thrilled to be guiding you through them…
